Expert meeting Control-Expert Days 2026

The “Control-Expert Days” from 20 to 21 May 2026 are getting underway. With this new event format, trade fair company Schall is preparing a two-day event for the quality assurance industry that will present specialist knowledge and technical innovations in a compact format. The focus will be on sustainability and artificial intelligence. The two days will be characterized by topical specialist presentations, lively discussions and varied business networking, as well as an accompanying exhibition of innovative companies.

The launch of the new ‘Control-Expert Days’ series of specialist events organized by trade fair company Schall promises to be a high-calibre industry event at which suppliers and users of quality assurance (QA) solutions can exchange information exclusively and efficiently. “The Control-Expert Days will be a unique platform for presenting specialist knowledge and industry innovations in a compact and streamlined way,” says project manager Fabian Krüger. “With this two-day event format in Stuttgart, the entire QA industry will have a unique opportunity to get up to date with the latest knowledge of QA technologies directly and at eye level. The agenda is now taking shape with keynote speeches, specialist presentations and discussion panels on both days. We are focusing on the topics of sustainability through quality assurance and artificial intelligence. All industry experts are invited to actively participate, contribute their respective expertise and exhibit their latest innovative products.”

Suppliers of QA technologies can participate in the Control-Expert Days with specialist lectures, presentations and various networking formats. “With this event format, we want to achieve tangible added value and a high level of benefit for all participants and visitors,” explains the project manager. “Everyone involved is interested in efficiency, including in the acquisition of knowledge, and even greater cost-effectiveness with the application of new QA solutions. To this end, we are creating this new platform that combines the features of the trade fair and specialist presentations. It will have an attractive business impact for participants and trade visitors,” says Fabian Krüger. An accompanying exhibition will round off the expert meeting. “We are looking forward to an entertaining program all about up-to-the-minute quality assurance,” says Krüger.

The Control-Expert Days 2026 are part of the Control brand, which is relevant across all industries. The highly international Control trade fair is the most important specialist event in the QA and metrology industry and will take place again from May 11 to 14, 2027. In future, the new Control-Expert Days format will alternate with the trade fair – Control, the international trade fair for quality assurance, will take place in odd-numbered years, while in even-numbered years the industry will gather for the two-day Control-Expert Days at the same location in Stuttgart. This is where industry innovations are condensed and presented in a compact format. “The QA expert community continues to meet annually under the umbrella of the important and established Control brand,” states Bettina Schall, Managing Director of the trade fair company P. E. Schall. The new event format and the classic trade fair complement each other. “The Control-Expert Days and the adapted trade fair rhythm support the aspects of efficiency, productivity, resource conservation and sustainability for everyone involved,” emphasizes Bettina Schall. “The overall package results in a reliable, annual milestone in the trade fair and specialist event calendar for the QS industry.
