More InformationMAESTRO is Hexagon’s completely new platform for coordinate measuring machines in gantry design. MAESTRO was developed by experts from various Hexagon locations in response to typical challenges of modern manufacturing, such as bottlenecks in quality assurance, a shortage of skilled workers, data silos and a lack of investment security.
Among other things, the system combines synchronized movements, particularly fast sensor changes, an intuitive display and an intuitive, software-based user interface or a completely rethought sensor change system, all from a single source.
MAESTRO stands for a new generation of coordinate measuring machines – faster, simpler, more networked and ready for the future.

More InformationOne of the innovations at Control 2025 is a matrix camera-based system from the Visionline series of our HOMMEL ETAMIC brand. The system is a compact solution for inspecting visual surface defects such as pores, blowholes and scratches, and can optionally be used to inspect impact marks using shape from shading, for example. This is a technology that analyses the surface structure and enables precise detection and classification of defects.
The images are analysed using the tried-and-tested Evovis Vision software. Thanks to a variety of evaluation algorithms and the option of AI integration, one hundred per cent quality control of your workpieces can be guaranteed. This space-saving and modular solution can be used both in the measuring room and integrated into the production process.

More InformationAt Control 2025, we will be showcasing the unique scattered light technology devices as part of the MarSurf3D family for the first time.
This technology ideally complements our existing systems. It can be used to measure surface characteristics in harsh production environments with extreme accuracy down to the nanometer range, robustly and extremely quickly.
As an example of the high customer benefit, I would like to highlight the MarSurf3D sensor OS 500, which opens up new possibilities for our customers in the field of tribology.
This sensor can be integrated into machine control systems and measures exactly where it matters, namely directly inline – and it is extremely fast, low-maintenance, robust and precise.

More InformationThe SmartMeasure-AL automation platform fits perfectly with Control’s motto ‘Take the next level Quality Assurance’. It offers ‘off-the-shelf’ automation, which significantly reduces project time and costs. With the Space4Win software, PLC elements can be omitted, which simplifies set-up. The platform enables simple reporting and feedback to the production machine, so that quality is always in view. Operation runs 24/7 without the need for user monitoring, which increases efficiency. SmartMeasure-AL is also flexibly configurable so that it can be customised to individual requirements. It therefore helps companies to take their quality assurance to the next level and organise processes more efficiently.
