Qualileo - An inspection system that sees and learns...
We would like to introduce our new product the QUALILEO.
QUALILEO is an intelligent defect detection system for automated industrial quality assurance in manufacturing and production processes as well as for final inspection with modern design, live image with highest resolution and zoom function. It has a modular design and is used for automation and documentation of visual inspection tasks, including automatic inspection decision. QUALILEO objectifies defect detection and defect classification during visual inspections, and it is also capable of automatically recognizing the part to be inspected if it has been stored in advance. The inspection system automates the teach-in process of an inspection sample at the push of a button and is therefore particularly suitable for use in small and medium batch production with a strongly changing range of parts. This allows you to automatically inspect and zoom either the entire test object, or several functionally relevant test characteristics/test region. QUALAILEO realizes demands for zero-defect quality of your customers and is suitable for use in production lines, test laboratories and for intermediate and final inspection.
