Test bench engineering for customized testing and calibration systems
WIKA offers the following customized complete systems for the series production of pressure sensors:
- In-line calibration systems and in-line compensation systems for pressure sensors
- Batch test systems for pressure sensors
- 19" calibration racks for pressure sensors
- Quadregulators and cylinder pressure controllers for pressure sensors
The complete solutions are available in a wide range of automation levels, including temperature control technology, workpiece carrier transport systems, fixtures and electrical and pressure-side contacts. The focus is on the precise interaction of measurement technology, test system mechanics and control components. In addition, the actual testing and adjustment processes can also be combined with assembly and labeling processes. Due to the fact that we use such systems in our own series production, WIKA supplies production systems with proven functional reliability.
