We manufacture dimensional and force measuring instruments, fatigue testing machines, and camera-based inspection systems.
Our decades of expertise in designing and assembling mechanical, electronic, and software components have led to the development of our LED3D, the most precise and accurate instrument capable of analyzing the geometry of springs in all its aspects.
The instrument is designed for measuring compression springs made of round, oval, or square wire.
Its software enables the detection and analysis of all critical spring characteristics:

High-Precision measurement technology
Equipped with a collimated light acquisition camera, it measures the main dimensional features of compression springs in just a few seconds, creating a 3D model of the sample and storing test data.
Spring analysis and comparison
The system provides detailed graphs to analyze various aspects of springs, such as light-gap / coils, diameter / coils, and the thickness of ground wire ends.
With the overlay function, users can easily compare the graphs of different springs, quickly identifying differences.
Additionally, it offers a realistic 3D visualization of the spring and allows the export of measured data.
Complete support for production setup
During the production phase, LED3D can precisely and quickly measure a spring coming out of the coiling machine, simulating various conditions such as grinding and blocking and modifying the number of coils, enabling fast and accurate setup adjustments.
Advanced data management
With the PMAR8 Software, you can manage measurements, perform statistical analysis, and generate reports, ensuring continuous quality monitoring, process optimization, and full data traceability.
