Viospatia has launched Viopro, an in-line 3D inspection system for geometry assurance. Viopro is capable of feature inspection in nearly realtime, and full 3D point cloud generation of components within minutes. Viopro brings both process control and quality control in-line for stamped sheetmetal components. With a modular design, Viopro can be installed above conveyor belts or in robot cells and can inspect components moving at up to 1 meter per second.
