SonicTC QuickCheck
Diagnostic software for acoustic quality testing
Modern industrial production processes must meet high demands in terms of product quality, production safety and cost-effectiveness. As a multi-channel, PC-based testing software, SonicTC QuickCheck offers a powerful and flexible solution for fully or semi-automatic process monitoring in production. The software is optimally designed to evaluate measurement signals from different vibration sensors, control the test sequence and communicate with the production control system.
SonicTC QuickCheck impresses with its user-friendly and application-oriented operating and programming interface. It enables configurable sequence control for function monitoring of the sensors, triggering of data retrieval, control of vibration exciters and control of supply and transport systems on the test bench. The software recognizes non-contact laser Doppler vibrometers such as the IVS-500 via a digital interface. This allows the measuring systems to be controlled directly and measurement data to be transferred - without additional data acquisition hardware. Other sensors can also be easily integrated. The testing of different types on the same test system is supported by type-dependent parameter and algorithm management. For a new or separate workstation, SonicTC QuickCheck is also optionally available pre-installed on a PC and ready for immediate use.
